Our March feature announcements include enhancements to our wait list functionality, Facebook pixel tracking, scheduled email capabilities, and more!
1. Expanding Wait List Functionality
As you may know, we recently launched our event ticketing wait list feature. With this month’s release, we’ve added a few key functionalities to the feature including ability to view those who are in your wait list, and release specific tickets from the wait list. You can learn more here.
2. Facebook Pixel Tracking
In order to help event organizers more accurately track the ticket purchase journey, we’ve improved our Facebook tracking capability, allowing organizers to use the Facebook tracking pixel to view the different stages that potential ticket buyers enter before making their purchase. This allows hosts to market towards users that abandoned their cart or did not complete a purchase. You can find full setup instructions here.
3. Email Scheduling Updates
When your event is approaching, we know that your attendees love receiving a reminder before the event including details for the big day or nigth. That’s why we’ve launched a new feature that allows event hosts to schedule an email reminder to send before the event. This email can go at any time before the event starts and will include the attendee’s purchased ticket attached to the email.
Additional Feature Announcements for March
- Ability to easily refund raffle purchases and fund a need pledges from the manager console
- New default categories added to silent auction module for easy sorting (Live Auction, Silent Auction, Items without Bids, Buy it Now Items)
- QR codes added to silent auction item PDFs so that users can instantly load the item page for bidding without having to type in a URL
