Accelevents is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to further accelerate our organizational growth through the lens of operational excellence. The Marketing Operations Manager will be an integral component of the marketing team’s growth flywheel by focusing on a mix of automation, analytics, and technology. This high profile, high impact position will be a cornerstone for optimizing our marketing strategies and tactics that ultimately drive growth.
The Marketing Operations Manager is expected to:
- Manage data hygiene and administration of our marketing automation and CRM integration (Hubspot).
- Manage our marketing technology stack including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager while always pursuing ways to improve our procedures.
- Work closely with demand generation leader to effectively execute marketing automation and outbound campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert qualified opportunities.
- Support measurement of campaign effectiveness, generating campaign insights using closed-loop reporting between our marketing automation platform(s) and Hubspot
- Create dashboards and reports in HubSpot that visually show performance in real-time and can be measured against targets and goals.
- Implement and audit all tracking mechanisms to ensure data accuracy.
- Build static and dynamic segmented lists for tailored campaigns based on persona, messaging and customer journeys.
- Develop and optimize lead scoring programs and product qualifying leads.
- Partner with other marketing stakeholders (product marketing, content, and demand gen, SEO, etc.) to understand our data requirements and create attribution reporting
- Generate monthly, and quarterly ROI and efficiency reports on marketing spend by channel, region, campaign, persona, industry, etc.
- Maintain a project management database to ensure streamlined collaboration and timely deliverables.
- Evaluate and provide recommendations on how to optimize the current tech stack.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation on our marketing systems and processes.
- Improve the capabilities of the marketing operations engine - lead scoring, audiences, segmentation, etc.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 - 5 years of CRM and marketing automation experience with proven ability in creating real-time dynamic reports in HubSpot.
- Advanced analytical skills - expertise in aggregating data, generating reports, and identifying trends with tools such as Excel and/or Google Sheets. Experience with a BI Tool a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with audience segmentation used to deliver tailored content based on demographics and behavior.
- Ability to work cross functionally with teams in marketing, sales, product, and customer success to ensure alignment between demand generation and business development strategies.
- A mix of marketing strategy, project management, and analytical skills with an extreme level of comfort with technology and modeling.
- Passion for marketing technology and supporting data-driven marketing & innovation.
- Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Information Technology or related field (preferred)
