How Can We Forge The Way

The 2021 DIVERSITY LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE will occur from February    24 – 26, 2021 with a mission to create an inclusive environment in the city utilizing training and education to: (1) improve our understanding of the values each of us brings to the table, (2) address the continuing disparities we see, and (3) secure our collective participation in creating the Bold City we deserve.  

Purpose Statement:

We feel that as a nation we are divided. As community leaders, educators, and employers this is our opportunity to come together and start to heal as a city, region, and nation. We welcome you to join the discussion and explore how Jacksonville, Florida, can continue to forge the way as leaders and champions of positive change since its founding in 1562.
