We are excited to come together on February 27 - March 2, 2022 for our annual Advocacy Forum to represent communities across the United States, build relationships and advance public policy on behalf of people with autism and their families. This year's event has been planned specifically with our volunteer Advocacy Ambassadors in mind, and we look forward to celebrating this annual gathering with you!
Time Expectations: The 2022 Forum consists of virtual trainings, policy presentations and interactive workshops that prepare you for our Capitol Hill Day as well as learning and networking opportunities.
In the agenda tab, you will see our tentative schedule of events. Sessions marked as "First-Timer Track" and/or "Veteran Track" are required sessions for those wanting to participate in Hill Day.Please be sure to adjust these times to your own time zone.
Registration: Every participating adult (18+) must register.
If a family member (child or adult) is planning to join you just for your Hill day meetings on March 1 but is not registered for the full program, you MUST let us know in your registration answers or through email so we have an accurate count of who will be joining your Hill Day meetings. This allows for the optimal appointment setting and schedule coordination process to be used.
Costs & Scholarships: There is a $15 registration fee for the Advocacy Forum which goes toward the costs of hosting this year's virtual event. Each registrant will receive a package of event materials in the mail prior to the event.
