Through advocacy, education, and collaboration, VHA works to strengthen Virginia’s housing and homelessness response system and advance solutions that support housing stability for all.
Housing Credit Conference (HCC) focuses on the development and financing of affordable housing. Grounded in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, it convenes developers, investors, policymakers, and industry leaders to explore the tools, policies, and partnerships that make housing possible across Virginia.
