The Empowering Women awards shine a light on companies and organizations that have demonstrated tangible efforts and documented results in supporting and elevating women in Idaho.

Empowering Women honorees are selected for their demonstrated track record of hiring and promoting women; support programs to mentor women in their organizations and address inequalities; strong record of women on the company’s board or in C-suite positions; and established DEI programs and philanthropic efforts to support women.
