The Dubuque Community Y invites you to join us for our 21st annual Glimmer of Hope event, with all proceeds going to support our Crisis Services and emergency shelter.

Join us as we share stories of hope, community resources, and updates on our shelter after much needed renovations! You'll walk away learning how our past, present, and future of our services can assist those that need it most.
