Conference Purpose

To explore critical design elements for conducting therapeutic trials to prevent Parkinson's disease:

  1. Who should be enrolled (genetically and/or prodromally at-risk populations)?
  2. What to test (lower risk interventions)?
  3. How to measure prevention (of phenoconversion vs. subtle motor or imaging changes)?
