Professional Wellness:
Building a Stronger ADA and Dental Community
The strength of our profession depends on the strength of our professional community. In this session, ADA President Dr. Richard Rosato explores what it means for the American Dental Association to be a healthy organization and why that matters for dentists and the patients we serve. Dr. Rosato will discuss the role of the ADA and the Tripartite in supporting the professional well-being of dentistry — from advocacy, science, and member resources to leadership and community — and how unity in purpose helps strengthen the profession and advance public health. He will also highlight how ADA initiatives like Oral Health 2050 reflect a culture of listening across the profession — from practicing dentists to specialty partners and beyond — uniting the dental community to position dentistry for the future.
