Harriet Michel
CAMSC is honoured to receive as the keynote speaker the remarkable Harriet Michel — the former President of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMDSC). A trailblazer who needs no introduction in the Supplier and Corporate community, Ms. Michel brought Supplier Diversity to the next level internationally by creating NMDSC offices in over 28 countries and achieving corporate member purchases of over $110 BILLION annually from minority suppliers.

Dr. Fred McKinney
Fred McKinney is the co-founder and principal of the economic consulting firm, BJM Solutions, LLC. Dr. McKinney earned his Ph.D. in economics from Yale University in 1983.  Fred served on several non-profit and for-profit boards. He was the managing director at the Tuck School of Business Minority Business Executive Leadership Program.  From 2001 to 2015, Fred was President and CEO of the Greater New England Minority Supplier Development Council.  Fred also serves on the boards of the Connecticut Center for Arts and Technology and Connecticut Voices for Children.  Fred writes a bi-monthly column for the CT Hearst newspapers where he covers issues of race, equality, economics, and public policy.     












Christina Rodrigues

As the Chief Operating Officer of CAMSC, Christina brings more than 15 years of not-for-profit leadership experience and focuses her work on performance turnarounds, program development, operating efficiency and developing exceptional high-performing teams. In her role with CAMSC, she is responsible for the organization's strategic development and growth. 

She has mapped a path to stability and growth for CAMSC with a focus on operational excellence.
