COVID-19 Protocol:
In accordance with CDC guidelines, D Magazine Partners is implementing enhanced health and safety measures to provide an environment that minimizes exposure to COVID-19 and the Delta variant. The following protocols will be in place for D CEO's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Symposium on September 9, 2021, at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel:
Event attendance will be limited to no more than 50% of the venue capacity.
Face coverings must be worn at all times except when actively eating or drinking.
All food service staff will be required to wear masks and gloves.
Self-serve food options will not be permitted.
Hand sanitizer will be provided throughout the venue.
Tables will be spaced to allow for physical distancing between them.
