- Registration begins on Thursday, October 2 at 8am.
- Breakfast, lunch and refreshments will be provided on Thursday and Friday.
- A networking event will be held Thursday, October 2 from 6:30 – 8:30pm at Puttshack – Pittsburgh (Floor 1 – Strip District Terminal, 1729 Smallman St., Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Only board-certified genetic counselors are eligible to attend this event. Food, one drink ticket, and one round of mini golf will be provided to genetic counselors attending the event.
- Assessment of learning outcomes is a requirement of the educational grant funding this conference. Please take the pre-test knowledge assessment below to assist us with this requirement: https://forms.office.com/r/4E7PHQiAdy

CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEUs)
The National Society of Genetic Counselors (NSGC) has authorized UPMC Vision Institute to offer up to 1.192 CEUs or 11.92 Category 1 contact hours for the activity GC BRIDGED Conference 2025. The American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) will accept CEUs earned at this program for the purposes of genetic counselor recertification.

• Registration is inclusive of NSGC CEU fees.
• Required pre- and post-conference knowledge assessments will be administered.
• Session attendance will be verified on site.
• Evaluations must be completed for contact hours to be awarded.

Important Details
• Registration is required for all speakers, abstract presenters, and conference attendees.
• Fees are inclusive of NSGC CEU fees, refreshments, and select meals.
• Registration closes Saturday, September 13, 2025.
• Space is limited to 100 attendees.
• Registration and sponsorship payments will be facilitated through The Eye & Ear Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization that supports the educational and research efforts of the Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Pittsburgh.
