NCLGISA Spring Conference

We're excited to announce the 2026 NCLGISA Spring Symposium.  It will take place May 20 - 22 (May 19-21 for Business Partners), 2026, in beautiful Wilmington, NC. We are busy finalizing all the details.

For Members:

Member Registration for the Conference opened on February 24th.

The Early Bird registration rate will be $250.  Early Bird Conference Registration discount rate ends April 17th.   After the 17th, the rate will be $300.

Register yourself at the "Register Now" button above. 

If you wish to bring a guest and need to use a different credit card to pay for them, you can register yourself first and then go back into your registration and add guest tickets.

Guest Registrations Restrictions:  *Guest tickets are not to be used for colleagues. Tickets are ONLY for guests of government registrants attending in a social capacity. Includes all meals and evening events.  Business Partners are not allowed to purchase or use guest tickets.

Member Gifts Waiver

By registering for the conference you acknowledge that accepting any gifts, favors, prizes, or other tangible or intangible items of consideration (including meals that are not provided as part of the official NCLGISA Conference and documented on the conference agenda) may constitute a violation of my organization’s local policy or ordinance, North Carolina General Statutes (as found in NCGS 138A-32, NCGS 133-32), and/or federal rules, regulations, or laws, including but not limited to regulations found under USAC e-rate rules and 2 CFR 200 requirements. Any acceptance of tangible or intangible gifts, favors, prizes, or other items of consideration is done at the sole discretion of the individual recipient and said recipient is liable for any potential or actual violations of local policies, state laws, and/or federal rules, regulations, or laws.
