Benchmarks is introducing a new in-person meeting in 2026, the Public/Private Child Welfare and CFSP Forum, open to the public and designed to strengthen communication and collaboration across North Carolina’s child welfare system.
This forum will focus on NC DSS updates and key topics related to the Children & Families Specialty Plan (CFSP), with participation from NC DSS representatives and Healthy Blue. Attendees can expect timely information, open discussion, and valuable connections with partners working across the public and private sectors.
