What's new this year?

This is a one-day virtual event just for school counseling professionals, featuring subject-matter experts on executive functioning, developing meaningful student interventions, using storybooks to teach life skills, and more! 


How much does this event cost?

As a current QuaverReady user, you receive free access to the live virtual PD event. This year, we’re also introducing a premium package that includes: 


• Full-year access to all session recordings

How do I access the sessions?

You will receive an email before the event begins with a link to join the event hub, or you can return to this page on the event day to enter the hub and view the sessions.


Will attendees be able to watch the sessions after?

Yes! All sessions will be recorded and available on the platform for all attendees to view after the conference until August 7th. 


Can I get PD credit?

Yes! As requirements vary, we suggest consulting your school administration. 

Please visit our PD Credit Form here to request your certificate of completion after the event. 


What if I don’t currently use QuaverReady?

For those who don’t use QuaverReady, there is a $25 registration fee.

All Sales Final Unless Otherwise Stated
By purchasing a ticket to QuaverReady Symposium: A QuaverCon Experience, you agree to the refund terms outlined below. Please review this policy carefully prior to completing your purchase.

Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refunds: Refund requests received on or before July 1st, 2026, are eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe or other third-party providers.
  • No Refunds: Refund requests received after July 1st, after the event has begun, or for no-show attendees are not eligible for a refund.

Payment Processing Fees (Stripe)

  • Stripe payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original form of payment used at checkout.

Ticket Transfers & Substitutions

  • Tickets may be transferred to another attendee at no additional charge if requested by July 13th, 2026.
  • Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes.

Event Changes, Cancellation, or Force Majeure

  • If the event is cancelled by the organizer, registrants will receive a full refund of the ticket price for the live event, less non-refundable processing fees, unless otherwise required by law.
  • If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Attendees may request a refund within 5 business days of the rescheduled notice.
  • The organizer is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by attendees (including travel, lodging, or substitute coverage).

Special Circumstances

  • Refund requests due to medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances may be considered at the sole discretion of the organizer. Supporting documentation may be requested.
  • Approval of such requests does not set a precedent for future refunds.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

  • Attendance is voluntary. The organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where prohibited by law.
  • The organizer reserves the right to modify speakers, content, schedule, or format without obligation to issue refunds.

How to Request a Refund

All refund or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to QuaverCon@QuaverEd.com and include:

  • Purchaser name
  • Order number or receipt
  • Reason for request

This refund policy is governed by applicable U.S. law. Purchasing a ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms.
