The REAL Retreat is a chance to take a couple days to get away from the daily grind and recharge with an inspirational presentation that will help you grow your skills as a communicator and leader for your practice.  It will also allow some time for fun and spending time with your family and colleagues in beautiful Old Town Albuquerque.

 

Hotel Chaco is located just steps away from Albuquerque's charming Old Town Plaza, the museum district, and the Sawmill Market.

 

Our CE event will be held at the New Mexico Natural History Museum STEM classroom featuring respected practice management expert Debra Engelhardt Nash on Leadership and Communications.

 

Friday evening we will enjoy a glass of wine at the New Mexico Wine Studio in historic Old Town.  Enjoy some time with your spouse, staff, and colleagues while learning more about New Mexico's rich wine making history.  The first glass is on us. Then go out and enjoy one of the many fine restaurants in the Old Town area.

 

 

Speaker

Debra Engelhardt Nash

Debra has presented workshops nationally and internationally for numerous study groups and universities, and organizations including the ADA, Hinman, Chicago Dental Society, Swedish Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the University of Lima and the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Her articles have appeared in publications in the US, Canada and England.  Debra is a founding member and served three terms as President of the National Academy of Dental Management Consultants. She has been an adjunct faculty member at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon and is the immediate past president of the Academy for Private Dental Practice.

 

In addition to speaking for dental organizations, Debra has presented workshops for Nordstrom, Surgical Groups and Chiropractic and Acupuncture Organizations.

 

Debra has been repeatedly recognized by Dentistry Today as a Leader in Continuing Dental Education and a Leader in Dental Consulting. Debra has also served on the board of the American Dental Association’s Dental Practice Management Advisory Board.

 

Because of her contributions to the industry of dentistry, Debra received the Kay Moser Distinguished Service Award given by the American Dental Assistants Association. She has also been chosen as one of the Top 25 Women in Dentistry by Dental Products Report and is a  recipient of the Gordon Christensen Lecturer Recognition award.

CE Class Credits: New Mexico Dental Association designates this activity for 1 continuing education credit per contact hour.
