Mobile Fundraising

Silent Auctions are a complete mobile bidding system for silent auctions:

  • Participants submit bids from anywhere using their mobile phone
  • Participants receive notifications if they have been outbid on a particular item
  • Our Fundraiser Page allows donors to view prizes, current highest bids, and encourages engagement to drive further donations

Raffles are a complete mobile raffle system:

  • Participants can purchase and submit tickets from anywhere
  • Participants receive instant notifications to confirm their bids
  • Our Fundraiser Page allows donors to view prizes, current highest bids, and encourages engagement to drive further donations

Fund a Need campaigns are complete mobile pledge systems:

  • Participants can pledge towards your cause or causes from anywhere
  • Participants can donate online or via text message, and will receive instant notifications to make their pledge payment
  • Our Fundraiser Page allows donors to view your causes, descriptions, and minimum pledge levels, and encourages engagement to drive further donations

Our easy to use Manager Console provides a simple way for hosts to enter all information before the event.  Through your Manager Console you can enter the following information:

Event Ticketing

  • Event date and time
  • Event description and location
  • Tickets available
  • Ticket prices and amounts available

Auction:

  • Event end date and time (time at which winners will be drawn)
  • Event logo
  • Enable credit card payments
  • Auction item name, picture, description, starting bid amount

Raffle:

  • Event end date and time (time at which winners will be drawn)
  • Event logo
  • Enable credit card payments
  • Prize item name, picture, description
  • Unique prize codes
  • Ticket prices
  • Volunteer ticket sales staff

Accelevents event ticketing and mobile fundraising pages can be set up in a matter of minutes using our Manager Console. Our easy to use system allows hosts to set up all aspects of their fundraiser or event, including ticket creation, prize entry, volunteer assignment, credit card processing, and much more.

Our Manager Console is the command center for your event.  The Console has two major features: event setup and event tracking.

  1. Setup – Our easy to use Manager Console allows you to quickly enter all of your event information including date and time, ticketing available, prizes, volunteers or staff members to sell your tickets (for Raffles), and much more. The Console also allows hosts to enable credit card payments for their event.
  1. Tracking – Both during and after your event, the Console will track the  number of tickets you have sold for your event, and the performance of your fundraiser by monitoring proceeds raised (in total and for each prize). For Raffles, the Console will also monitor the number of tickets sold by each of your volunteers or staff members. For Auctions, you can see payments as they come in.

With our easy-to-use Manager Console, this is not a problem. Hosts can enter prize information right up to the event start (and during the event itself!).

With Accelevents, your donors avoid the hassle of registration. Instead, we ask for donors’ information throughout the process of them purchasing their event tickets, submitting their first bids, buying their first raffle tickets, or making their first donation.

Users can bid on the silent auction items for your fundraiser in three ways:

Via Text

  1. Users simply text the event phone number with the item’s three letter code and their desired bid amount. Example: ABC$300
  2. For their first bid, users will receive a text message response asking them to confirm their bid by responding with their first and last name
  3. Users will receive instant outbid notifications, and will be notified if they have won an item at the end of the auction

Online

  1. On the even’ts online silent auction page, users can click the Bid button for their desired item
  2. For their first bid, users will be asked to create a username by entering their name, phone number, and email address
  3. After creating their username, users can submit their desired bid amount
  4. Users will then receive text confirmation of their bid
  5. Users will receive instant outbid notifications, and will be notified if they have won an item at the end of the auction

Find a Staff Member or Volunteer

  1. Guests can also find a staff member or volunteer who who can submit bids on their behalf

Using our integrated payment system, event winners will receive a text message or email with a custom payment link. This link will bring attendees to a secure URL where they can submit payment using their credit card. Alternatively, you can require all bidders to enter their credit card information in to our system (on their own device or through an event volunteer) before placing any bids.

For cash payments, donors can pay event with staff members or volunteers directly.

Our system will automatically notify attendees if they are not the highest bidder as the event reaches its conclusion.  Once the auction ending time has been reached the highest bidder for each item will receive a text message or email notification notifying them that they have won and giving them the option to pay.
