Our October feature announcements include our new-look platform, Zapier integration, and enhancements to the our emailing and ticketing capabilities.
1. Our New Look
If you’ve logged into your admin console recently, you may have noticed the new look of our platform. We’ve taken a more modern approach to update the look and feel of the platform with the goal of making it more user friendly. As part of this update, you will have more control than ever over the appearance of your fundraising and event ticketing pages.
2. Zapier Integration
Our new Zapier integration will allow you to integrate with an unlimited number of useful tools that you may already be using for your organization or events. Among these are Mailchimp, Salesforce, and more.
3. Email Enhancements for Event Ticketing
We’ve recently updated our email functionality for event ticketing to include an option for event hosts to schedule and send an event reminder to all ticket holders for the event. This email reminder can include any important information for ticket holders, as well as a copy of their ticket.
4. Unpaid Ticket Option
Our unpaid ticket option will allow event hosts to sell event tickets without collecting credit card payment upfront. This is a great option for when attendees may want to send in a check or pay in cash.
