1. Ticket Order Editing by Ticket Buyers and Holders
Ticket buyers and holders now have the ability to edit their own ticket orders. This means they will no longer need to contact event hosts to edit any errors in their order!
2. Google Analytics in Activity Page
With our updated Google Analytics integration, event hosts can see Google Analytics data for their event web page directly in the Activity section of their manager console.
3. Duplicate an Item
Are you adding multiple items that are identical in your silent auction? Save time by using our new item duplicating feature! This feature will copy the item name, description, and bidding information.
4. Custom Reply-To Email
Using our new custom reply-to feature, event hosts can set a specific email address that all guest and donor inquires will be directed to.
5. New Live Auction Features
