Major Refreshed Look & UX for the Accelevents Mobile App
Facelifts aren’t just for aging celebrities. We thought that our Staff App was looking a little…well, dated, so we wanted to freshen things up for 2020.
The Accelevents Staff App now has a new and more streamlined interface, designed to make everything more intuitive. Whether you’re scanning tickets with our built-in QR scanner or assisting with auction checkout, we’ve got your back. Event Day is stressful enough as it is, you don’t need a glitchy app on top of it!
The app is available in the App Store for both iOS & Android devices for download and can be used with any modules you are using for your event. Check out the performance of each module or assist a guest with a transaction or pledge, all from your phone!

New Changes for Recurring Events
After we released our new Recurring Events feature earlier this year, we jumped right into enhancing it. We want nothing but the best for our hosts. So what did we do? We took some of our hosts’ favorite tools and adapted them to be compatible with Recurring Events as well.
Hosts with Recurring Events can now create their own custom questions on the ticket order form to gather any and all necessary information from their guests. It’s now also possible to create discount and access codes to your tickets. That means you can offer Plan-Ahead Patty an Early Bird discount for the tickets she’s buying for your event 8 months in advance, or offer VIP Victor a code to view the Platinum Member tickets hidden from Plain Ol’ Joe.
These updates give hosts of recurring events all the power that they are used to with Accelevents when creating a registration experience specifically tailored for their guests’ & event’s needs. And we all know that happy guests = happy hosts.
