Call for Presentations
Thank you for your interest in presenting at the “17th International CHARGE Syndrome Conference.” Please read the information below before submitting your proposal.
The audience at the CHARGE Syndrome Conference is composed primarily of parents, with a growing number of adults with CHARGE and professionals who work in the field.
We are looking for informative presentations for families as well as more technical presentations geared toward professionals.
Presentations on the following topics are welcome:
Medical, Behavior, Education, For Adolescents and Adults with CHARGE, Family Support, Research, as well as any other topic related to CHARGE syndrome.
Please submit unique proposals for Conference, Meg Hefner Professional Day, and poster presentations. You will need to complete a separate submission for each proposal, re-entering Speaker Information for each submission.
Meg Hefner Professional Day: Thursday, July 22
Conference: Thursday, July 22 through Sunday, July 25.

How does the registration process work?
Fill in the required information for the session details.
Event staff will review your request and inform you of its status.
Check your request status by checking your email inbox or the event page while logged in with your Accelevents account.
If the session is approved, the session will be created and we will send a speaking invitation to the speakers.
