The OWL Foundation's mission is to provide financial sustainability for the long-term success of Opportunity for Work & Learning (OWL) and its vision, as well as other organizations that have a similar mission to, but apart from, OWL.  The OWL Foundation believes all people deserve access to the resources, tools, and knowledge that will allow them to achieve their vocational goals and ultimately enable self-sufficiency.

 OWL helps individuals overcome mental, physical and economic barriers to achieve their personal and professional goals. Since 1961, OWL has served Central Kentuckians by providing services that help them gain employment, independence, inclusion, and a higher quality of life.
