When you log in to the event, make sure to take advantage of our virtual group networking 
session or one-on-one speed networking. It's the safest networking you can have during COVID!

What's the Event All About

The annual Private Development Summit includes a look at future Commercial Real 
Estate projects, an economic overview and analysis, and the impacts of the COVID-19 health epidemic on Arizona Commercial Real Estate.

This year we will be breaking the event into a few hours each morning over a 3-day period. 
Day 1 will focus on CRE outlook and the housing/multifamily markets.
 Day 2 will focus on Industrial and day 3, construction costs. 
We have also made plenty of time for you to network and visit our exhibitors.

The Speed Networking function was a big hit last year and if you weren't able to try it, 
we strongly suggest trying it out this year. Get randomly paired up with another attendee 
for two minutes to increase your chances of making beneficial connections.

We also have some games set up for all attendees.
 Visit with our exhibitors to earn points for our Exhibitor Challenge. 
Or enter into Speed Networking to earn points for our Networking Challenge.
Prizes will be given to the attendee with the most points at the end of the event.
