About the Community Meetings:
The 2022 Community Meetings provides an opportunity for the public to participate in the Consolidated Planning process to receive Federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) programs. The 2022 Community Meetings also encourages participation among our potential program beneficiaries and residents in a collaborative forum. This year, there are three (3) Community Meetings to select from: Saturday, November 5th will be offered in-person and Wednesday, November 16th and Saturday, November 19th, virtually.
Who Should Attend?
The 2022 Community Meetings are primarily intended for residents of Unincorporated Los Angeles County and participants in Los Angeles County Development Authority’s (LACDA) programs.
Benefit to Attending:
Help Los Angeles County determine how best to allocate resources through the Annual Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 (July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024) by completing the Community Survey.
Provide input on Community Services, Community Facilities, Infrastructure, Neighborhood Services, Special Needs Services, Business and Jobs, and Housing.
Learn about Housing, Homelessness, and Economic Development resources and programs available throughout Los Angeles County.
