2023 Minnie Gant Party for a Purpose and Silent Auction

EVENT DETAILS

Highlights of the event include: the silent auction, a wine pull, casino games, dancing, a costume contest, and a 360 photo booth.  This is an adult-only event.  Babysitting will not be provided.

COST:

Early Bird Pricing (Feb. 1 - Feb. 24): $75

Regular Pricing (Feb. 25 - Mar. 10): $85

Teachers and Staff: $40

Your ticket includes: entry and heavy appetizers.

At-event purchases will be cashless, but please remember to bring some cash for tips for the casino dealers and bartenders.

ATTIRE: 

We encourage you to dress up! Grab your spouse, partner, or friend and create an iconic duo! Everything from Batman and Robin to Cookies and Milk are fair game. Coming solo? That’s great too! Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde were one person! Or perhaps you’re a house divided – half USC, half UCLA fan. Have fun with it! If you don't want to dress up with the theme, cocktail attire is preferred.

There will be a costume contest, so bring your A-game!

PARKING:

Parking directly in front of the Long Beach Yacht Club is for members only.  There is limited marina parking. Carpooling or using a ride sharing service is strongly recommended.

REFUNDS: 

All sales are final. If you are unable to attend the event, it would be greatly appreciated if you considered your ticket purchase a donation to our school. This event is fully intended to raise funds for programs for our kiddos and is a significant source of our funding.
