The 2025 Annual SMA Conference will be held in Anaheim, CA at the Disneyland Hotel from Thursday, June 26 - Sunday, June 29, 2025. 

Conference Registration is currently closed. However, there will be registration open onsite in Anaheim, California. 

Onsite registration will be open during the following times at the Cure SMA Registration Desk, located in the Convention Center of the Disneyland Hotel's Fantasy Tower:

      - Wednesday, June 25 from 5:00pm - 7:30pm 

      - Thursday, June 26 from 9:00am - 6:00pm

      - Friday, June 27 from 7:15am - 4:45pm

      - Saturday, June 28 from 7:15am - 3:45pm 

Please contact conference@curesma.org if you plan on attending and registering onsite. Hotel Rooms are currently still available! We will provide the discounted hotel link to reserve your room (based on availability) after you contact Cure SMA. 

Every year, Cure SMA sponsors a conference to bring together the leading SMA researchers, clinicians, families, and individuals living with SMA. Cure SMA has been hosting the Annual SMA Conference since 1988. We look forward to reuniting as a community at this year's conference to lend each other support and strength, and to learn about the latest advances in research and care. 

As always, the Community, Researcher, and Clinical Care Conferences run alongside each other. Through these conferences, we bring together researchers, healthcare professionals, families, and individuals with SMA to network, learn, and collaborate. The Annual SMA Conference is largest conference in the world for those affected by SMA, and also for those involved in providing support and care for SMA patients. 

The weekend is filled with a wide variety of workshops, general sessions with leading researchers, a family-friendly researcher poster sessions, and more -- plus fun events like our meet & greet fun fest, as well as teen social and adults with SMA networking activities. There are also many opportunities to connect and interact with other SMA families and individuals with SMA while receiving firsthand updates from the researchers.
