A Patient Seminar on Emerging Therapies in Clinical Trials
There’s growing hope on the horizon for people living with Sjögren’s. Researchers and clinicians are making real progress in developing new therapies that could bring meaningful relief to patients and several of these treatments are now in clinical trials. Whether newly diagnosed or you have been living with Sjögren’s for years, this event is a chance to better understand what’s ahead—and how you can be part of shaping the future of treatment.
This freevirtual seminarwill help attendees understand the importance of clinical trials and the exciting potential therapies in the pipeline for Sjögren’s disease. We’ll begin with an overview on the basics of Sjögren’s clinical trials and the different trials in process for companies in the US that The Foundation is working with, including what phase they are in and if they are enrolling. We’ll also include a primer on the immune system, followed by presentations from leading experts in Sjögren’s patient care, research, and trials to help us understand how these different medications in trial are designed to work in the body.
In addition to the sessions, we will feature virtual exhibit booths where you can learn more directly from companies with therapies currently in clinical trials in the United States. Exhibitor booths will include resources to explore and staff available through live chat to answer your questions about their therapies in trial. To make this easy, we’ve built dedicated, unopposed time in the agenda so you can explore the booths without missing any presentations.
Join us to learn the latest information on multiple Sjögren’s clinical trials, all in one place, from your trusted and credible source for Sjögren’s information.
