Important details below.

Names and unique email addresses. Please double check that names and email addresses are correct! You will be prompted to enter Buyer Information and then Attendee Details. Ensure that the Attendee details, name and email address are correct for each participant. This will link sessions, competitions, and results to each individual participant. This will also populate in the attendee's mobile app. Once registered, an email confirmation with a link to download the app will be sent. If not received then the email was likely entered wrong – please contact us to get the typo fixed. Individualized schedules will begin populating the week before the event if not sooner.
 

ADD-ONS

• NEW Pole Vault Summit Welcome Dinner: Join us Thursday night for the Summit Welcome dinner. Buy a table for a large group or individual tickets in the Add-on Section of the registration page (below the T-Shirts). This is a pre-purchased event only. Tickets will NOT be available on-site, no exceptions.
• Pre-order meals: choose breakfast, or a box lunch to go. This option could save time and avoid long restaurant lines. Friday breakfast REQUIRES Thursday Summit check-in and badge printing. The breakfast service may end before Summit check-in and badge printing is completed on Friday.
• NEW Mystery RETRO Shirt: Every year the National Pole Vault Summit offers a new t-shirt design. With the mystery shirt purchase, order by size and receive a randomized original Summit shirt from the archive.

• On-site Merchandise: a variety of additional merchandise will be available for purchase on-site with limited availability. Last years reboot are available at our online shop. 
  
  

REGISTRATION TIPS:

• Athlete Organization Name: Select Unattached, Club/Gym, or School. Only enter the school name if the athlete is authorized to compete for the school – otherwise select the club/gym name or Unattached.

• High School Athletes: Register early! Space is limited. Registration for athletes is meant to end promptly at the specified times but is likely to sell out.

• College vs. Open: College athletes who are not competing for their school should select the Open Athlete Type and choose Organization as above. 

• Competing Coaches: Register using the Athlete Registration. Be sure to click the "Competing Coach" checkbox. If you are a non-competing coach – register as a coach. 

• Check-in and Badge Printing: Available at any kiosk during the allotted check-in times. PLEASE plan ahead to check in and print your badge on Thursday. FRIDAY morning is reserved for LATE badge printing. Expect long lines if you wait until Friday morning.

• Pole Rental/Check-out: We do have a small selection of poles that can be checked out during activities and competition. Limit one pole at a time. The PVR app is required. More details can be found here.
