Arundel House of Hope is a a nonprofit organization that provides housing and services for those experiencing homelessness and poverty in Anne Arundel County Maryland. AHOH offers emergency, transitional and permanent housing as well as support services for those in need. Our most popular program is our Winter Relief emergency shelter which houses the homeless from October through April each year. In addition, we have a Day Center where clients can access basic services and case management. We offer a program for homeless and disabled veterans and a family program for clients who have school-aged children. Arundel House of Hope has been serving our community and those that are homeless for more than 25 years!
This event will be held entirely online. All items will need to be picked up locally at Arundel House of Hope, located at 514 N Crain Highway, Glen Burnie, Maryland 21061, unless otherwise arranged or stated in the item description. All Items will be auctioned off "as is" and as stated in the item description. The Auction will end now on April 18th at 4pm, (please note the new date) but many items offer the option to "buy it now". Those items may be purchased immediately, but can only be picked up after the auction is closed. All Items can be picked up beginning on Monday, April 19th after 9am and from Mon-Fri from 9-3pm, or as otherwise arranged. Must be 21 years or older to bid on wine or alcohol.
There will be a 50/50 raffle. The funds will be split between one winner and Arundel House of Hope. That winner will be randomly selected on Sunday, April 18th at or around 4pm, (please note the new date). There will also be other raffles held throughout the event. Raffle winners will be chosen at random and all winners will be contacted at the end of the event. All Raffle Items will need to be picked up at Arundel House of Hope, 514 N Crain Highway, Glen Burnie MD 21061, beginning Monday April 19, between 9-3pm or at another arranged time.
Please consider funding one of our current needs. We provide services and items to our clients on a daily basis ranging from bus passes to groceries to supplying furniture and other items to our permanent housing residents. Please click on the Fund a Need link to see how your contribution can make a difference. For as little as $25, you can help one of our clients access public transportation and for as much as $1,000, you can help us furnish one of our houses used for permanent residents. Every donation is appreciated and used for a specific purpose.
