Can I bring my spouse to sessions, meals or the after hours events (happy hours & farewell party)?

You can bring a guest to after hours events only. They must be registered for the conference under "Guest - After Hours Activities" track. If your spouse would like to attend sessions we ask that they register as an attendee. 

What airport is closest for this event?

For commercial flights, ORL is the closest airport. It is a 15 minute taxi ride to the hotel from ORL.

For general aviation, Kissimmee Gateway Airport (KISM) is preferred and will have limited reserved parking and fuel discounts for CX 2025 attendees. It is a 25 minute taxi ride to the hotel from ISM.

I would like to plan a group dinner, what evenings are free & are there restaurants on site?

We have two free evenings for attendees to enjoy dinner on their own or discover the greater Orlando area - both January 7 and January 8 are free evenings.

The Rosen Shingle has multiple on-site restaurants and an online reservation site.
