The Commit Partnership, a collective impact organization, has a bold vision: By 2040, at least half of all 25- to 34-year-old Dallas County residents, regardless of race or background, will earn a living wage.
Because right now, two-thirds of our young adults do not — a sobering statistic.
This event series, in partnership with D Magazine, is designed to advance that “50% x 2040” mission by bringing Commit’s research and policy recommendations to the forefront of the civic conversation. The series will explore how data-backed strategies for improving educational outcomes can be a powerful lever to improve economic mobility and build a prosperous future for all Dallas residents.
Attendees will gain actionable insights to support policy reforms and public investments that enhance educational attainment, helping Dallas set the standard for equitable growth and opportunity across the nation.
