This workshop will provide an overview of the hot topics in brain development, and how to synthesize this information into a  research-informed practice. Participants will be able to provide a context for these hot topics and be confident in conversing about brain development. You will learn about the historical context of brain development in comparison to current understanding, as well as evaluate the ideas surrounding brain development for your own self-practice.
