ABOUT OUR EVENT
Israelis and Palestinians have clashed over claims to the Holy Land for decades, a conflict that has long been one of the world’s most intractable. Many of us are struggling to make sense of the competing historical narratives and the impact of the conflict on the lives, hopes and aspirations of Israelis and Palestinians. This symposium is designed to help American Jews better understand the Palestinian/Israeli dilemma. Achieving a peaceful future with the Palestinian people is both incredibly important for the long-term survival of Israel and remains a test of how we live our values as a people.
Please join us for Temple Rodef Shalom’s 3-part symposium, "The Israeli-Palestinian Dilemma: Moving Beyond Who's Right and Who's Wrong".
Over the course of three Sundays, Oct 17, 24, 31, 2021, you will:

The symposium will do all of this and more without trying to prescribe one definitive solution. We still dream that harmony can prevail.
