• Breakout sessions will group posters of similar subject matter together for a live, virtual, moderated discussion via Zoom (click agenda for a tentative schedule, and check back often.)

The agenda/timeline for each virtual breakout session will be:

• 2 min: Moderator introduces session & poster presenters
• +/-20 min: Each presenter gives a 4-5-min "elevator speech" of their poster in a pre-determined order
• Moderated Q&A / discussion of all posters in that session to follow. 
• Questions for the session will be typed into the "chat" function using zoom, and the moderator will read the questions for the presenters to answer. 
• Closed Captioning will be available.
