Registration

I no longer can attend in-person, what are my options?

NAMPI will not issue refunds for attendee registrations. Registration can be transferred at any time to another member of your organization. No-shows are still required to pay in full.

My agency will be paying for my registration later - can I still register now?

Yes! We provide the option to pay-later for our state and federal attendees. However, payment must be guaranteed prior to the event.  If you need an invoice for your registration, reach out to us at contact@nampi.net. 

I work within MFCU, which rate do I register at?

You should register for the Other Government rate. The State PI rate is reserved for those within the primary program integrity for their state.

Do I have to be a member to register for the conference?

Membership is not required to register for the 2025 annual conference. Your registration is your membership - providing you with 2 years of NAMPI membership beginning at the commencement of the event. 

My family member/spouse/etc. want to come down to St. Louis with me, do I need to get them a badge?

If they are planning on attending sessions or meals - yes, they will need a full registration to attend. If they only plan on attending the evening activities, you can purchase a guest pass for them during registration. If they do not have a guest pass, they will not be permitted entrance.

 

Is there a pay later option for Non-State/Non-Government attendees?

No, all non-state program integrity and non-government registrations must be paid in full before the conference. Failure to pay in advance may result in cancellation. A valid credit card may be required to secure registration, and unpaid balances are subject to fees and interest. Registration is based on availability. Attendees with unpaid fees must pay on-site for entry. 

 

I was not able to attend the conference- am I still expected to pay? 

Absolutely.  Submitting a registration constitutes your official commitment to attend the conference. Failure to attend does not qualify as a cancellation, and full payment will still be required. Please refer to our cancellation policy if you are unable to attend.

What meals are included in my registration?

Breakfast , lunch and evening networking events on  August 24, 25, 26, & 27 are included in your registration fee. 

Are all sessions available for virtual attendees?

The programming on state only day (August 24th) will only be available to those State PI attendees who attend in person. All other programming will be available to all attendees, virtual and in-person. 

How do I submit a session for consideration at the 2025 conference?

If you are with a state agency, you can submit you session here until April 4th, 2025. 

If you are with a non-government/vendor, you must have a sponsorship level of Platinum or above to be considered for the agenda. Please reach out for information on how to sponsor. 

Can I attend for free as a speaker?

No, all speakers who plan on attending the conference must register as a full attendee.
