Ventura County Leadership Academy (VCLA)'s JOURNEY TO LEADERSHIP AWARDS event is going online! 

We invite you to join us Tuesday, August 25, 2020 for a special 1-hour event, honoring and celebrating outstanding community leaders for their contributions to Ventura County on our new virtual platform. All are welcome!

We will be honoring:

• Business Leader of the Year
  Greg Van Ness, Regional President, Tolman & Wiker Insurance Services, an AssuredPartners Agency
  
• Educational Leader of the Year
  Dr. Oscar Cobian, Vice President of Student Development, Oxnard College
• Public Sector Leader of the Year
  Jacqui Irwin, CA Assemblymember for District 44
• Alumni of the Year
  Andrew Salinas, Chief of Police, City of Port Hueneme

Ventura County Leadership Academy recognizes that leadership is a relational process and that leading at any level within an organization is a choice we must intentionally make.

This event honors community leaders who exemplify these principles in action.

Although nothing will ever take the place of us gathering together in person to celebrate, we are still excited to acknowledge our honorees in a new and exciting way.
