Documentation: I'm an attendee at a virtual event, what do I do?

Enter Event Button: After Monday April 26th at 8:00 am an “Enter Event” button will appear on the top right of this page and you will be able to login to the Accelevents platform and check out the virtual event hub. 

Logging In: Login to Accelevents with the email address that you used to register for the conference - search for an email with the subject line “Your Ticket for 2021 Women in Data Science Puget Sound Conference” from Events@accelevents.com to find your registration confirmation. 

Once you are in the event review these instructions to set up your attendee profile and bookmark your sessions for the day. 

Networking Cohort Participants: If you are a Networking Cohorts participant you received a Google Calendar invite introducing you to your cohort. Your calendar invite contains a Teams link which you will join from 8:30 - 9:00 am PST on April 27th before the conference. If you registered for a cohort but did not receive a calendar invite please reach out to us at widspscommittee@gmail.com

Can I register now?

The WiDS Puget Sound Conference is an annual satellite event and a grassroots initiative to gather community in the local greater-Seattle area.
