Join us to celebrate the work of our students and support their data science trajectory!
The Atlanta University Center (AUC) Data Science Initiative is proud to host a FREE one-day virtual symposium to celebrate and highlight the data science work of students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). The virtual Symposium features opportunities to engage with industry professionals and networking opportunities with students from HBCUs. All HBCU student registrants will be asked to upload a resume that we will share with potential employers.
Are you an HBCU student or a participant in one of the Initiative's programs who wants to showcase your data science work? Register for a Lightning Talk Presenter ticket to become a Student Speaker and deliver a 5-minute presentation at this year’s symposium!
Are you looking to connect with HBCU students to identify data science talent for job and graduate school opportunities? Please sign up to be an exhibitor to connect with HBCU students and receive a free copy of the HBCU Data Science Resume Book. The exhibitor fee is $500 and this fee is waived for all of our sponsors. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor and support our ongoing programming, please contact our Interim Director, Dr. Alfred Watkins, at awatkins @aucenter.edu or 404-918-6250.
