Join us at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa in Palm Springs for the 2025 California Charter School Authorizers Conference, June 16-18, 2025. Please select "Preconference Only" if you will not be staying for the full conference. Please select "Preconference" as an Add-On if you want to attend the Preconference along with the full conference.
Monday, June 16 | Preconference "Charter Authorizing & Oversight 101"
Tuesday, June 17 | Full conference day and evening reception
Wednesday, June 18 | Full conference day, including our final plenary session and hands-on collaboration
CCAP membership has benefits! If you believe that your organization is a CCAP member, please contact CCAP at info@calauthorizers.org or 916.244.3520 to obtain the CCAP Member Access Code to receive the member discount on the Main Conference registration. The discounted price will appear after you click on "Have an Access Code?" and then enter the Access Code. Remember that all Small School Districts' Association (SSDA) members automatically are CCAP members. Please contact CCAP if you are unsure of your membership status.
Be sure to reserve your hotel room at Omni Rancho Las Palmas. The conference discount room rate of $184.00 per night is available through May 23, 2025 or the room block is sold out. UPDATE: Only a few rooms left.
Please note that all conference presenters are expected to register for the conference and that CCAP cannot reimburse for expenses. Registration cancellations will be accepted through June 2, 2025, ten business days before the conference. Please submit a cancellation request to info@calauthorizers.org. Attendance substitutes from the organization are acceptable. Refunds are not available for cancellations made after June 6 or for no-shows.

If you are purchasing a registration on behalf of someone else, you are the Ticket Buyer. Please use the organization billing information in this section along with your email to receive an order confirmation receipt. Select "Invite attendees" to send the attendee their Registration Ticket. The Ticket Holder is the person attending the conference. This section will have the attendee's information, including the attendee's email address. If you are purchasing the registration for yourself and need a copy of the confirmation to go to your organization instead of to you, please enter the organization's email as the Ticket Buyer email. If your organization's name is long, please abbreviate it so as not to exceed 35 characters.
