Welcome to the Registration Page for CCAP's 2024 California Charter School Authorizers Conference!

Join us at the Irvine Marriott for the 2024 California Charter School Authorizers Conference, June 18-21, 2024. Please select "Preconference Only" if you will not be staying for the full conference. Please select "Main Conference Bundle" if you want to attend the Preconference.

CCAP membership has benefits! If you believe that your organization is a CCAP member, please contact CCAP at info@calauthorizers.org or 916.244.3520 to obtain the CCAP Member Access Code to receive the member discount on the Main Conference registration. The discounted price will appear after you click on "Have an access code?" and then enter the Access Code. Please contact CCAP if you are unsure of your membership status.

Special Preconference offer for small authorizers: Reimbursement for one night's lodging at Irvine Marriott for Tuesday, June 18, 2024, is available to Preconference registrants from qualified small California authorizers. Qualified authorizers are those with five or fewer authorized charter schools and/or no more than two full-time, dedicated authorizing staff members. To request this reimbursement, simply check the box provided on the registration page. For more information contact info@calauthorizers.org. CCAP will issue reimbursements after the conference.

Be sure to reserve your hotel room at Irvine Marriott. The conference discount is available through May 28, 2024.

Please note that all conference presenters are expected to register for the conference and that CCAP is not able to reimburse for expenses. Cancellations of registration will be accepted through June 4, 2024, ten business days before the conference. Please submit a request for cancellation to info@calauthorizers.org. Attendance substitutes from the organization are acceptable. Refunds are not available for cancellations made after June 4 or for no-shows.

If you are purchasing a registration on behalf of someone else, you are the Ticket Buyer. Please use the organization billing information in this section along with your email to receive an order confirmation receipt. Select "Invite attendees" to send the attendee their Registration Ticket. The Ticket Holder is the person attending the conference. This section will have the attendee's information, including the attendee's email address. If you are purchasing the registration for yourself and need a copy of the confirmation to go to your organization instead of to you, please enter the organization's email as the Ticket Buyer email. If your organization's name is long, please abbreviate it so as not to exceed 35 characters.
