What is the Disability & the Church Conference?
Helping church leaders build gospel communities where every person can hear and respond to the gospel, find belonging, grow in Christ, and serve in the Body of Christ.
The Disability & the Church Conference is Key Ministry’s national gathering for church leaders, ministry teams, educators, professionals, self-advocates, and families committed to creating churches where individuals impacted by disability, mental health challenges, and trauma are welcomed and discipled.
Over three days, attendees will experience worship, main-stage teaching, practical breakout workshops, meaningful conversations, and opportunities to connect with leaders from across the country who are pursuing the same mission.
Whether your church is just beginning or has an established ministry, you will leave with practical strategies, trusted resources, and clear next steps you can begin implementing when you return home.

The Disability & the Church Conference is designed to help churches move from inspiration to implementation. That’s why we encourage churches to bring a team.
When pastors, children’s ministry leaders, student ministry leaders, disability ministry leaders, volunteers, and educators learn together, they can attend different workshops, compare what they learned, and return home prepared to build a unified ministry plan.

Registration for one attendee, including access to the full Disability & the Church Conference experience from March 9–11, 2027.

Per person when five or more attendees from your church or organization register together.

Registration fees are non-refundable. Registrations may be transferred to another individual from the same church or organization according to the conference registration transfer policy.

Your conference registration includes lunch on Tuesday & Wednesday, provided by Chick-fil-A.

Houtson offers a wide variety of hotels and lodging options within a short drive of Kingsland Baptist Church.
We encourage attendees to select accommodations that best fit their budget, travel plans, and desired amenities.
