Procurement Foundry’s 2nd annual FORGE: Supplier Diversity & Inclusion virtual event is designed for sourcing professionals and brings together the entire ecosystem around Supplier Diversity and Inclusion.

We bring the sourcing & supply chain people together with supplier diversity professionals so they can focus on what they both need to get the right support and move forward together. There is emphasis on growing stakeholder engagement.

We bring the sourcing people together with Supplier Councils, both global and regional chapters who they work with on the ground to improve access and relationships with diverse suppliers / customers.

We champion supplier diversity across the day and emphasize the value it brings to organizations in terms of access to great innovations and cost competitive solutions. Importantly, we champion the value it brings to diverse suppliers and local communities.

The program is structured around ideas exchange, with interactive breakouts on geo and maturity. These smaller, focused groups resonated most with our audience last year and enabled a new level of collaboration and benchmarking.

We help our community to benchmark and find guidance on how to tackle the questions faced on a day-to-day basis, whether you are in the initial stages of launching a supplier diversity program, driving stakeholder engagement, or securing budget, all the way to taking an existing program, global. Whatever stage your organization is at, this program is designed to help you to take the next step.

• This will be our 2^nd annual event with 2021 bringing in just under 400 virtual attendees. 

• The program is designed to provide 100% peer-to-peer collaboration and learning opportunities, mirroring the online community. What does this mean? The agenda is discussion based, 100% LIVE, 100% interactive. Small focus groups are split out into geographical focus, maturity focus, industry focus, so attendees can tailor-make their learnings based on where they are on their journey.
  
  
• We champion the value of working with diverse suppliers. The focus is about bringing communities and local suppliers together to work with organisations for mutual benefit.
  
  
• New for 2022, a Voices of Suppliers session hosted by MSDUK, will bring fresh thinking and first-hand experience to the impact supplier diversity programs have on the businesses and local communities.
  
  
• We continue the conversations post event. LinkedIn pop up groups, Procurement Foundry webinars and matchmaking events all year round, enable this important conversation to continue.
