You may cancel your participation at any time but please be aware of our cancellation and transfer policy:
We offer a 100% refund less a 10% processing fee on tickets or transfer of tickets to a different attendee or event until August 15, 2024.
8/15-9/15 we offer a 50% discount or free transfer to another attendee.
Within 30 days from the event (after September 15) we do not offer refunds. You may transfer your ticket to another attendee or another event within 12 months of the event you're currently registered for.
Refunds are not available for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitute in your place.
Please note that the conference program is subject to change including programming cancellations and scheduling. IMPACT Live is not responsible, and refunds will not be provided under these circumstances.
