"Kate Howe represents the best of contemporary art that is emerging from the United States and is making some of the most thoughtful and challenging artwork in the field." - A. Will Brown, independent curator
Our family is moving to London July 17 weeks to begin our next chapter. This international move is much more difficult given the pandemic. Rather than shipping my work, we plan to sell all existing work (other than work made with upcycled carbon emissions) in this online auction to help offset the costs of the move and the new studio. During the creation of this auction, George Floyd was killed, sparking long overdue protests worldwide. I stand with the Black community and peaceful protests against police brutality. I can't march, but I can contribute and be an ally. For this reason, 20% of all proceeds from this auction will go to support organizations fighting racial injustice in the US.
