La Fleur’s 2023 Pittsburgh conference will be held May 22-24, 2023 at the Carnegie Science Museum in Pittsburgh. Pennsylvania Lottery is the co-sponsor of the event. The program will feature two educational tracks—1) traditional lottery operations, and 2) iLottery operations. There will be presentations on digital engagement, advertising, in-store POP, instant prize payout strategies, higher price point scratchers, new draw games, bloc lotto, and cashless sales. The specialized iLottery track will focus on acquisition, engagement, product, and experience.

The conference starts with an evening cocktail party on Monday, May 22. The two-day conference program ends at 5 pm on Wednesday, May 24.
