Registration
I no longer can attend in-person, what are my options?
NAMPI will not issue refunds for attendee registrations. Registration can be transferred at any time to another member of your organization.
I am registering multiple people from my organization, can I do a group registration?
Yes! You can access step by step instructions for creating a group registration here.
My agency will be paying for my registration later - can I still register now?
Yes! We provide the option to pay-later for our state and federal attendees. If you need an invoice for your registration, reach out to us at contact@nampi.net. We require payment prior to the event.
I work within MFCU, which rate do I register at?
You should register for the Other Government rate. The State PI rate is reserved for those within the primary program integrity for their state.
Do I have to be a member to register for the conference?
Membership is not required to register for the 2024 annual conference. Your registration is your membership - providing you with 2 years of NAMPI membership beginning at the commencement of the event.
My family member/spouse/etc. want to come down to New Orleans with me, do I need to get them a badge?
If they are planning on attending sessions or meals - yes, they will need a full registration to attend. If they only plan on attending the evening activities, you can purchase a guest pass for them during registration. If they do not have a guest pass, they will not be permitted entrance.
Agenda/Speaking
What meals are included in my registration?
Breakfast and lunch on August 19, 20, & 21 are included in your registration fee. Dinner is not provided, our evening receptions are not intended to serve as a meal.
Are all sessions available for virtual attendees?
The programming on state only day (August 18th) will only be available to those State PI attendees who attend in person. All other programming will be available to all attendees, virtual and in-person.
How do I submit a session for consideration at the 2024 conference?
If you are with a state agency, you can submit you session here until March 29th, 2024.
If you are with a non-government/vendor, you must have a sponsorship level of Platinum or above to be considered for the agenda. Please reach out for information on how to sponsor.
Can I attend for free as a speaker?
No, all speakers who plan on attending the conference must register normally.
