The Annual New Face of Aging is the Alliance for Aging’s sole fundraiser. This year for the health and safety of our community, the New Face of Aging is now a virtual conference series. Registration for each of the four events in the series is separate. Each event is free and includes:
Though not a requirement, for the best experience, we recommend you log into the conference on a computer or mobile device with a camera so you can engage more fully with your peers and exhibitors.
Check out our New Face of Aging program guide in book layout here, and you can also download a copy to keep.
Navigating the Event
Expo (and Win Gift Cards)
We are excited to tell you that we have several gift cards available to win! When you log into the event, we encourage you to visit our sponsors in the expo to learn about the great resources they have available to the community. The more sponsors you interact with (i.e. download a document or chat with them in their booth), the more points you will receive; those of you with the most points will be eligible to win the gift cards.
Network with Your Peers
We have several ways to network with other attendees. Once you are in the event, you can click on the "Networking" tab and you'll be matched with someone else for a 90 second speed networking video call. Once that time is up, you'll be matched with someone new. You can also interact directly with other attendees (via text or video). Finally, at any point, you can have a group video call with everyone in the Lounge (in the "Workshops" tab).
Keynote Presentation on the Stage
Promptly at 1:30 Eastern time, everyone should click on the "Stage" tab to enjoy keynote presentation by Dr. Aronson. This will be an interactive presentation, so be sure to use the chat feature to ask questions or add comments.
All of the New Face of Aging events are made possible by the generosity of our great sponsors! We made the decision to make this year's event free to register, but we would still very much appreciate your support of the Alliance for Aging programs that help people age in place.
You can text DONATE to (850) 940-4683 or click here to make a donation. Thank you for your support!

The Alliance for Aging, Inc., is a private, not-for-profit organization that serves as Florida’s area agency on aging for more than 600,000 older adults in Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. The Alliance administers federal, state, and locally-supported programs that help older adults age in place in their own communities. The Alliance ensures fiscal and programmatic accountability and integrity of programs that annually serve over 92,000 elders and their families, totaling over $42 million—plus additional federal emergency funding to address issues of older people affected by COVID-19—in home and community based services, including meals, personal care and homemaking through contracts with provider agencies. The mission of the organization is to promote and advocate for the optimal quality of life for older adults, adults with disabilities, and their families.
