What is new this year?
This year’s event is in-person for the first time! We’re also featuring subject matter experts on physical education best practices, integrating health education, and team-building activities.
How much does this event cost?
There is a $45 fee for all attendees. This includes access to the live event, an exclusive T-shirt, and a certificate of attendance.

Can I get PD credit?
Yes. As requirements vary, we suggest consulting your school administration. Please visit our PD Credit Form here to request your certificate of completion after the event.

By purchasing a ticket to QuaverHealth•PE LIVE: A QuaverCon Experience, you agree to the refund terms outlined below. Please review this policy carefully prior to completing your purchase.
Refund Eligibility
- Full Refunds: Refund requests received on or before June 1, 2026, are eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe or other third-party providers.
- No Refunds: Refund requests received after June 1st, after the event has begun, or for no-show attendees are not eligible for a refund.
Payment Processing Fees (Stripe)
- Stripe payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
Ticket Transfers & Substitutions
- Tickets may be transferred to another attendee at no additional charge if requested by June 9th, 2026.
- Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes.
Event Changes, Cancellation, or Force Majeure
- If the event is cancelled by the organizer, registrants will receive a full refund of the ticket price for the live event, less non-refundable processing fees, unless otherwise required by law.
- If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Attendees may request a refund within 5 business days of the rescheduled notice.
- The organizer is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by attendees (including travel, lodging, or substitute coverage).
Special Circumstances
- Refund requests due to medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances may be considered at the organizer's sole discretion. Supporting documentation may be requested.
- Approval of such requests does not set a precedent for future refunds.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
- Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
- Attendance is voluntary. The organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where prohibited by law.
- The organizer reserves the right to modify speakers, content, schedule, or format without obligation to issue refunds.
How to Request a Refund
All refund or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to QuaverCon@QuaverEd.com and include:
- Purchaser name
- Order number or receipt
- Reason for request
This refund policy is governed by applicable U.S. law. Purchasing a ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms.
