The REAL Retreat is a chance to take a couple days to get away from the daily grind and recharge with an inspirational presentation that will help you grow your skills as a communicator and leader for your practice.  It will also allow some time for recreation or to spend time with your family and colleagues in a beautiful mountain location.

Together, these two workshops offer a powerful arc—from restoration to elevation.

On Day 1, participants are invited to step out of survival mode and into self-awareness, addressing the emotional toll of dentistry and learning practical tools to reclaim calm and clarity. On Day 2, with renewed presence and purpose, they’ll step into their leadership potential—developing strategies to lead their teams, practices, and lives with intention, strength, and vision. Attendees are invited to be present for both sessions for a full-spectrum experience of growth, from within.
