The Task Force of Allegheny County is a coalition of organizations including community providers, government agencies, and advocacy nonprofits. SAFE is supported by the Allegheny County Department of Human Services and coordinated by NAMI Keystone Pennsylvania, the state organization for the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
